Personality:
London is a rather polite and refined young man, with a sophisticated aura about him. He greets everyone with a smile, even his enemies, and always makes sure to clean up after his mess, if any at all. Outwardly, he is respectable, hard-working and a pacifist, and many fellow hospital workers admire his work ethic. He is always willing to treat a patient, no matter who they are, or what situation he finds them in, whether it be the usual hospital drop-in, or randomly finding them injured in an alleyway. Almost always seen smiling, nobody really knows what he's thinking, and why he has no qualms about picking strangers up off the street to tend to their wounds.

However, behind his smile lies a completely different side to him that is rarely shown to the public. While he takes his job seriously, and does his work well, the majority of his enjoyment in work comes from examining wounds and seeing people in pain. Sadistic by nature, he finds excitement in watching people cry out in pain, or even crying, especially if they look tough or are a gang member. While at work, he does not show this, and treats his patients as any other good doctor would. In his gang, however, his sadistic tendencies may surface every now and again, where he would be rather rough when treating a wound yet calling it an 'accident', just to see his patient's reaction.

Although he is a doctor, and generally does abide by the doctor's code of conduct, he would not hesitate to kill someone if ordered to by his gang leader. (Of course, he might torture them a bit first, before finishing them off.) This lack of hesitation comes from a strong resolution he made for his hospital patients when he first started working as a doctor: "I'd rather kill them than let them die", and would thus rather dive into an operation to try saving a patient that only had a 50% or less chance of survival, than simply leaving them to die without doing anything at all. He is also rather good at threats and torturing people, using his knowledge as a doctor to find the more vulnerable parts of the body to harm, and thus can be a rather dangerous opponent in an unarmed (and armed, depending on the weapons involved) fight.

Biography:
London Moretti grew up in Italy, to two rather strict yet caring parents. His father was a doctor, while his mother, a nurse. He would often go into work with them and thus accustomed himself to hospitals from a young age. His sadistic nature first surfaced when he watched his father treat a bullet wound for the first time. While he already wanted to pursue a career in the medical path due to his parents' influence, witnessing this event only strengthened his desire to become a doctor, for all the wrong reasons. And so, he focused on his studies and eventually became a doctor years later, at the age of 23. By then, his father had moved to America to further his career and broaden his skills, while his mother stayed in Italy with London. Wanting to follow in his father's footsteps, however, he decided to move to America as well, much to his mother's loneliness but approval nonetheless.

Not too long after he moved to America and began work in a big hospital not too different from what he was used to, but in a different state to his father, he witnessed a small gang fight on a street adjacent to his workplace. Due to his work ethic, he offered to tend to the wounded, and was allowed to do so. Curious about gang life, he began to question his patients, much to their annoyance. However, as he was still tending to their wounds, his sadistic nature surfaced and he pressed them for answers, making sure the wounds hurt much more if they didn't give him what he was looking for, smiling all the while. Eventually, they leaked out information about 'La Famiglia Bianca', greatly piquing his interest as it seemed to suit his style of things, especially as it sounded more sophisticated than other gangs he'd been told of. He liked the idea of having such a dangerous double-life, as well as thinking of all the patients he'd be able to tend to (and perhaps torture a little), and so he went to meet the leader, asking to join.

Almost always seen smiling, and is not easily angered. He smiles even when annoyed or upset, but once angry, his smile completely disappears.

Is rather fond of animals. His sadistic side tends to come out if he witnesses someone abusing an animal.
